The materials that will be purchased through this project are research based and can be utilized with students of all ages and abilities! Building my classroom files with evidence-based, engaging activities can ensure participation with my students in a low-stress environment. Items purchased will be focused on the following skills: Vocabulary Enhancement Context Clues Study skills (encompasses executive functioning - attention, memory, problem solving, information processing) Inferencing Social Skills (includes communicating with peers, adults, self-awareness, social scenarios) Reading Comprehension Written Comprehension Fluency Intervention Despite what any child's Individualized Education Program says, most students can benefit from any or all of the preceding areas!
