Students with autism and other sensory disorders struggle to sit still to focus. The use of the ball chairs will allow them to fidget and still focus on the presented lessons. The science equipment is to support a meaningful scientific research program that will help students with problem-solving skills that can be applied to real-life problems. The lanyards are for a visible accumulation of tags for good behavior. Once a student has compiled a certain number of tags, they can get a special reward. The improved focus and problem-solving skills, and better behavior will majorly improve my classroom environment.
