Books are foundational to our learning in 2nd grade! Our inherited classroom library doesn't yet reflect the incredible kids who learn here. I would love to give these learners a library that reflects their experiences and helps them learn about others. These diverse books will help students feel seen and valued at school and will give us a window into others' experiences. I chose books at a variety of reading levels that feature many different cultures, racial identities, family structures, and gender identities. We just can't wait to read them!

About my class
