My first graders will use these STEM items during their morning STEM bin learning time. These items will give my first graders hands on learning experiences in which they can create, build and explore using critical thinking and problem solving techniques. This will also help my students build and develop persevere skills by having to evaluate their structures and problem solve what changes they think they should made in order for it to work better/be stronger/etc. Each table uses a STEM bin for 2 days and then we rotate materials. My students love STEM!
