Within our new engineering elective course, students will spend time learning about different branches of engineering and will work hands on within each individual discipline. However, STEM projects related primarily to one field never actually exist in isolation, which means that design projects involving multiple areas of engineering will provide students with greater insight into the real world. By combining electrical, computer and mechanical engineering into a large robotics project, students will learn how to work as a team to research and design their creations and be able to actually see their ideas come to fruition in a final product.

About my class
