This classroom divider will give my student's with differing abilities an opportunity to have a quiet secluded place to calm down. The children in my classroom have autism, and frequently get frustrated by lights, other children making noises or just over stimulation. It is important for them to have a quiet place to sit that allows them their own space to calm down. This divider will allow me to create a quiet space with comfy pillows, fairy lights, and fidget toys that will help calm students and give them an opportunity to be successful in our classroom.
