This year I will be focusing on identifying emotions and what to do when your emotions seem to large for you to handle. Helping the students to build a tool box to use when they are feeling that they do not have control of their emotions. I will be setting up an area in the School Counselors office for the students to use when they need to RESET their emotions. There will be books, coloring and more in this area. These items will assist the student to regulate their emotions and restart their day.
