I"m excited to incorporate the SEL workbooks into my classroom. After ordering and reviewing one at home, I think the activities will be very beneficial for students. Each activity is short, which allows me to include it in my daily routine and as a base for my morning meetings. I believe in the philosophy of "windows and mirrors" meaning my students should read books that allow them to experience the world through someone else's eyes while also reading books where they see themselves reflected back. Updates to my library will support this idea.
