My project will provide flexible seating and organization for our autism classroom. The tree stools will be used in cozy corner of classroom to support the sensory needs of my students. The materials will be used to help create a calm and quiet learning space The divider will help my staff and I separate areas in our classroom for different learning activities to occur. I plan to set up a forest corner where students can read and play. The stools can be used to sit in or as individual work tables I have already secured funding for a classroom rug and a tree canopy to complete the corner as well as wall decor and new classroom chairs.
