My playful, fun-loving students would enjoy having a positive outlet for all their energy. More sports equipment, such as soccer balls, soccer nets, and dodgeballs, would provide them with a chance to get outside, stay active, and release some energy. Also, not all of these students have access to extracurricular sports teams, due to financial hardships or single-parent households. As their teacher, I would be able to take the opportunity to teach them more about structured games, following rules, taking turns, and teamwork. These children would benefit greatly from learning new games, and having the equipment necessary for some structured Physical Education.
