My students are third grade students that attend a Title I school. Most of the students qualify for free or reduced lunch. Because of their backgrounds, many of the students have very limited experience with traveling outside of the state. They aren't sure of the names of the states of our country, let alone be able to tell someone anything about the different states. The students are eager to learn about new places that they have not been to.

About my class
