This is to help provide a number of different texts for students to engage with. These texts are resources to help my students gain better understanding of some of the more difficult texts such as Shakespeare and introduce new authors and view points. These texts will provide my students with other ways to support their reading and understanding of more challenging texts. The graphic novel Maus ties in to our American literature unit and allows to examining new perspectives. These books help all my students to engage with the text.
