These materials will help motivate students when they come back to school. The materials being ask for like pencils, pencil box, and journals will be the supplies students need to have a successful and productive school year. These materials will be use both at home and at school. The use of math journals is a daily activity in my classroom, especially in math. Using the journals in math to write modeled strategies. and show their work. The journals allow me to see exactly what they are doing, as well as provide an easy place for them to show and share their work.
