This project will help my special needs students. I would like to create a calming corner where they can read and or take a break. When students get overwhelmed they need a place to take a break. Having books and sensory toys in a space they can calm down is important. This will be a great way to help them with their emotions and life skills. The bean bag chairs will be a great comfort item with the rug to give the students a space to relax and calm them selves.
