With these materials my students will be able to complete over 20 leadership lessons and 150+ projects in a single school year. They learn about Earth Day, Red Ribbon Week, World Kindness Day, just to name a few. For World Kindness Day they have every teacher nominate a student and we make a small goodie bag for them, which includes pencils, erasers, a Kindness certificate. For Red Ribbon Week they paint a long banner and have students on campus sign it to pledge to be drug free. For breast cancer awareness we have all staff and students wear pink, and those that participate get a sticker or pencil. We sing happy Birthday to all staff members and give them a small goodie bag that includes pencil, eraser, and stickers. My students stay busy every day and truly enjoy spreading awareness and joy to all those around them.
