Due to not having a school library, our classroom library is it and it needs to be magical and pull kids in. I love to read and I hope to pass on this love to each and every student I teach. By having a book display I am able to put out seasonal books and create buzz around books. Knowledge is power and reading is the key. By providing nonfiction and fiction books I can help students learn how to read while building background knowledge. Most of my students do not have access to books at home and with this project I am able to provide books to these students to take home and for everyone to read in class.
