I am requesting a carpet, border, curtain rods, dry erase boards and more. These supplies will provide my students with flexible seating to increase their engagement as well as provide them some normalcy in this upcoming year! It will also increase their independence in their individual work since they will all be provided white boards so they can work on their own as well as discuss their ideas with their peers. These supplies will also help my students feel welcome when they come to school. I want the room to be inviting and for the students to feel as if it is their second home. I will use the curtains, curtain rods and magnets to make the room inviting and to engage students in their learning. My students learn best when they feel welcomed and have the available space to move around and work. Thank you!
