I'm requesting funding for the Tech Squad, So my department can teach and help improve students with the abilities to expressively expand their computer knowledge. I've worked in IT for 15 years, and say I still need to refresh my skills and become a more tech savvy for my students and staff to stay above this new tech era. In particular, my colleagues and I are very receptive to everything within the tech environment and would like to begin the use of dynamic communication devices. Trying to prepare our students to survive and thrive in our technological age will not only make them more prepared to be future innovators and leaders but will also allow them to become more culturally aware and knowledgeable global citizens. In order to get the Technology Department update and be more knowledgeable and be at compliance. Unfortunately, there's no other extra funding for the Technology Department since we have exceeded to providing our student with new computer needs for distance learning.
