Adults that can self regulate are less likely to have mental illness, substance use disorder, and/or become incarcerated. These materials will help children for life! Being able to regulate your emotions is a vital skill for healthy relationships, career, and raising your own family. These books will provide students with strategies that will not only help in school, but at home as well.
