With these donated supplies, my Special Population students will operate a free school-based enterprise known as "HPE's Exceptional Colt Coffee Cart." They will stock, prepare, and serve coffee to staff and adults at the school on Fridays. Your donation will help my students to learn skills that can be used at home and at the workplace. They will learn life skills involving how to manage a kitchen and use tools. They will reinforce math and reading skills through making the coffee. They will also use social skills when interacting with customers.
