I have found that the majority of my students are talented and bright. However, they have individual needs that can be difficult to meet. I may have two students that need to stand to do their work, while another prefers to lay on the ground. I try to keep my room flexible and comfortable for my students so they can learn and be engaged. With the flexible seating, I can give them an option that changes it up from the restricting school desks and give them a reason to be excited and do their best work. I just want them to love school and provide and safe and loving environment, where they can learn and be themselves.
