After a year of learning at home or in classrooms with limited supplies during the Covid-19 Pandemic, school hasn't looked quite like what students are used to for some time. As a first year classroom teacher welcoming students back to the full in person learning model, it is my hope that new classroom supplies and cozy furniture for our classroom library will positively benefit students’ daily school experience. Students can sit, relax, and practice reading in their new library space, with the comforts of a cozy chair, pillows, and flex-wobble cushions that can also be used as flexible seating options during classroom instruction when needed. Students will use their timers, folders, pencil pouches, crayons, and erasers to stay organized, manage their time, and complete their classwork throughout our school day. I look forward to creating a peaceful and structured classroom environment that will help students to feel not only comfortable, but well-prepared and excited to return to our school building!
