My goal is to create a safe space in the classroom that students will be able to go to when they are needing to express their emotions. Tangible items will be accessible to them because this will help them release any anger or frustration that they may have without harming themselves or others. These materials will create a safe emotional space for my students so that they can learn how to express themselves inside and outside of the classroom. Not only will I provide items for their frustration, but I want to create happiness and joy. Students will be able to use these items for social-emotional learning.
