The collection of books are aimed at a 4th grade or higher reading level. Students are allowed to check books in and out from my classroom library for reading at home, on the bus, or anywhere! A portion of these books will be used for guided and chapter readings during ELA instruction. The chart paper will be used to create visual aids to support student learning during instruction, and displayed using the metal hooks. Students will be ready to write with a sharp pencil after using the electric pencil sharpener. The tool box will keep all my paperwork needs organized. The rolling carts will be used to easily transport and store classroom supplies and materials. I cannot wait to make reading even more fun with the microphone! The doorbell is a commonly used item in classrooms for management purposes. The lights will also part of a classroom management routine. Each item listed can be used year after year in my classroom.
