The cardio drumming materials will help students in their social emotional learning and help to get fit. Drumming is a great way for students to expend energy and cope with their emotions. Students will be educated and taught different routines that incorporate locomotor movements along with the rhythm of drumming. My goal is to teach students different routines snd then have them create their own in hopes of performing at a school assembly. Students love drumming and combining drumming with exercise is a great workout and fun at the same time!
