I teach 1st graders that are full of energy. Our lessons involve lots of hands-on learning with an emphasis in working together. Please help me provide ways to cultivate kindness amongst our classroom family that will impact their ability to work together. A positive instructional climate fosters the development of our classroom community. The fill a bucket book is a great tool to use in my class to teach kindness. The hands-on use of pom poms and individual buckets will literally model exactly how we can help fill each others buckets.
