These notebooks will help create a system of hybrid learning in all classes; while many tasks in all three classes (AP Lit, English 1, Creative Writing) will be completed on the computer, others will be done in physical notebooks. This helps students nurture the brain-to-handwriting connection that has been lacking during the past year and a half, especially as we embark on many different writing tasks in all three classes. Help students express themselves, engage with materials, and reflect on their own learning experiences through interactive notebooks which students will be personalizing--and using to regain agency over their education--when they enter my classroom.
