I want my students to be excited to read nonfiction science content! Often, online science resources are challenging for middle school students. There are simply too many choices in the Google sea and the reading level is often far above what a typical 12-year-old can understand. It is also important to have a varied approach to learning with online and print materials available. We no longer have textbooks in science class, so I was thrilled to find these student-friendly books that give concise science information written especially for middle-schoolers. I’d love to get a class set of these books to share with my students!
