A key tenet to a Montessori classroom is to have a beautiful learning environment that is tidy, well organized, and maintained by students. I am requesting mailboxes and work storage shelves for the classroom. Systems that help students develop executive functioning and organization are necessary for any classroom, and we are in need of these key pieces of furniture that will allow students to do this. I would like to provide students with classroom mailboxes for students to be able to sort their school papers to take home, as well as storage for students to keep their Language, Math, and writing journals in the classroom.
