My students love to look at maps and see where they are from or where their families have come from. I want to show them all the ways we can represent our world so they can understand where they are and where they come from. My classroom doesn't have any maps or globes, so what we have right now is what I have purchased. I want to show them upside down maps, Pacific-centered maps, and true projections that let them see how big our world truly is. Understanding our place in the world is an experience every student deserves!
