My students are ninety percent emergent bilingual students who need extra practice in order to get them to grade level. They are hard workers and very quick to catch on but have a need for extra practice with quality items. Emergent Bilingual students need to have daily opportunities to build their vocabulary. Students learn more when they are actively engaged in their learning. The literacy kit contains many activities that will grow my students as readers. I believe the literacy kit from Hand2Mind will give my students the extra practice they need in a fun and engaging way.
