This mobile school store is going to be used to provide students the opportunity to earn rewards for positive behavior. Students will feel excited to practice the behaviors they need to be successful both in and out of the classroom, such as having a growth mindset, respecting themselves and others, accepting others and their differences. Extrinsic rewards help build intrinsic motivation. We want students to see that positive behaviors such as working hard and being kind pays off in more ways than one. As a young person, there few things they can control. We want our students to feel empowered by teaching them they have the power to make good choices and own their behavior.

About my class
