The materials requested will enhance my student’s learning for various projects. My students have a wide range of skill level. Light tracing pads will help several with their fine motor skills by being able to follow along the lines. Practicing fine motor skills will build their hand eye coordination as well as improving their self-confidence. By increasing their self confidence, they will begin to create a growth mindset. The pads will also promote accuracy on a typography unit about famous figures in history. They will be able to accurately create a portrait of a famous figure. They will then use specific words, speeches, and phrases to represent these people inside their portrait.
