I have a single-gender class of 18 African American, vibrant, hard-working, and self-motivated girls who thrive for excellence each and every day. Upon entering onto the school campus, which is located in the heart of the inner-city, they forget about all of their mishaps, unforeseen dreams, and transform into believers, scientists,artists, and authors. They are determined to rise above poverty and achieve goals that may seem far a beyond. They continue to dream BIG!

About my class
