Reading is so important! Students will need a place for their books. In the classroom students have tiny desks to put all their supplies. They do not have enough room for their reading books. I have worked really hard building up our classroom library. Students are able to check out four new books each week. I do not want students to shove the books in their desk because they tend to become wrinkled or lost. Students love to read! Any time students have free time they want to crack open a book. The books need to be easy to get to and the seat pocket would make the books easy to find.
