After a year (or more) of online learning, these kids are ready for more variety in their academic day. In 21st century learning we still have a responsibility to teach computer skills and responsible technology use. Small group rotations are a beautiful way to balance out our day in 1st Grade. To improve efficiency and minimize distraction during our computer rotation my students would benefit from headphones, mice, and fabric boxes (to minimize background noise when recording). Our computer learning includes individualized math software, independent reading and recorded stories on Epic Books as well as Benchmark Advance, extended practice opportunities through Seesaw, typing practice, and more! Having these supplies will make it easier for my students to hear directions, show their knowledge, and complete computer assignments more efficiently. We appreciate your consideration of our class project! Thank you!
