The materials on my list are already planned for. Students will have the option of sitting on the yoga balls or the foam seats at their desks, during circle time, and even independent work time. Many of my students are active and need a different kind of seat to harness their energy during lessons. Some students have sensory needs and require something softer than the hard chair. Students will have the option of choosing their seat preference each day with a rotation so that each student will get to have a turn using the seat. We are excited to implement this current evidence-based practice into our classroom.
