The Cromebooks will be used for in class practice of objectives taught as well as providing a means by which to access digital programs that enhance reading and math skills. Charlton Pollard is a Title 1 school; most students come from disadvantaged families and there is no computer in the home. Through the use of these Chromebooks the students will gain transferable skills to be used throughout their matriculation through school by mastering computer usage using a keyboard and mouse for drop and drag assignments.
