I love giving my students the opportunity to explore and learn about topics and be creative with their thinking. The items I am asking to be funded will all benefit my students for the next school year. Each morning students are able to enjoy a quiet period of activities they are interested in. I want to provide art supplies for my creative drawers, interesting science fiction books for my science lovers, headphones for my techy students, opportunities to use whiteboards/expos/erasers to practice their math skills, and even stools for flexible seating options around their classroom. All of the items requested will also be of benefit throughout the school day as well. Headphones will be used for station time or independent learning activities on the chrome books, whiteboard erasers will be used daily for small group instruction, and science books are always a choice for my early finishers!
