Classroom Libraries are essential and expensive to build up! My dream class Library would have culturally diverse books in all genres. Scholastic Book Clubs report that “experts claim a classroom library should have at least 20 books per student, so a typical class of 28 students would have a classroom library of close to 600 books” (scholastic.com). Help me build a classroom Library where students can see themselves reflected on the pages and learn about the world from books you can touch and smell! Mmmm! I can smell that new book scent now! That’s the best! Thank you for your help!
