I am passionate about reading. When I was a kid I had a special tree I loved to climb in to read or a favorite chair in the backyard. I want to give my students a comfortable, inviting place to read on their own. I have chosen some chairs, rugs, and pillows that I hope will encourage the children to escape into a book. I'm also requesting a few books that I have been eager to add to my class library. Thank you for being willing to support the literacy of children.

About my class
