I am setting up my very first, first-grade classroom. I have included some items for flexible seating, center work, STEM activities, and general classroom supplies. I want my students to have the resources necessary to be successful learners! The balance ball chairs and stools will be used for flexible seating and at my guided reading/math tables. The bouncy bands will be used on individual students' desks to give them a chance to move their feet while we learn. The headphones will be used for Chromebook time and at our listen to reading center. The pocket chart will be used to store the headphones. The STEM toys will be used for students to have hands-on activities. The organizer will help keep our papers organized and the pencil sharpener will help us to always have pencils ready!
