Reading is fundamental for learning and life. Some students enter the classroom not wanting to read and dread picking up a book. However, they enjoy a hot cocoa at the local coffee shop. The coffee shop will be brought to the classroom to build that love for learning. Students will be able to grab a cocoa, a book, and a seat at the table. I have requested books, a table, a coffee/cocoa maker, and stools. While adding books of all levels, it allows every student to find a good read, which will allow him/her to feel successful as a reader and build a love for getting lost in a new journey, the book!

About my class
