Students at our school like to read. They need child-friendly areas to entice them to sit and read in the library. A place they want to use, a seating area that is their size, in colors that are bright and inviting. This seating arrangement will be very attractive to them. This flexible seating will enable my students to use their imagination and create their own reading spaces. Students take ownership of their reading when allowed to create collaborative spaces, quiet spaces, or small group spaces to enjoy books in the library. They are also much more focused on their reading when they choose where and how they sit or lay. Your donation to our project will impact all grade levels: K-5th. Thank you!
