These boards will replace our current [worn out] white boards and dried up markers. First grade students spend a lot of time practicing how letters and sounds work together. We will use the boards to 'sound out' words, names, and even sentences! Students are also learning about numbers, values and all things math! We will use the boards to write sounds during reading, numbers during math and countless other times throughout the day. The boards will be sanitized for use the next day! This is especially important during Covid restrictions.
