Resources to be used to build my Instructional Coach capacity. The books will impact my coaching cycles with teachers and build my capacity of being an expert in the Science of Reading. The additional resources will help me to build bulletin boards as Professional Development stations for teachers for teachers to reference the science of reading material. I will not only be growing professionally but will be impacting the teachers I work with to grow professional in the area of Science of Reading and building their capacity in the classroom.
