Our students function with alternate learning styles. Your donation will allow them to freely use their creativity to show their learning and understanding in school. These students come from low socio-economic households and a district that runs on a tight budget. Often times, the students in my class struggle with reading and writing. These materials will allow students use their strengths to show their understanding of the curriculum in a way they feel most comfortable, such as painting scenes from text, creating models of characters in books, and drawing their thoughts on paper.

About my class
