The Visual Arts children will have the opportunity to work side by side with their own teddy bear giving them positive tactile reinforcement and providing a calming Lavender scent during projects. These bears will also give the students a “friend” to tell ideas, work through challenges, and explore their creativity to the fullest extent without fear of rejection or judgment. Teddy bears will be a safe way to enhance and enrich the Art process in my classroom for my students. With your help, we can make mistakes (Happy Little Accidents) “bear”-able and celebrate triumphs.

About my class
