I am teaching a course that I curated on heredity to students who are attending school over the summer. It's a four-week program four hours per day. I/we need these beads to create DNA double-helix and chromosome models. After a year of distance learning due to the pandemic, my school district and I want to welcome students back to school by providing them with an exciting curriculum. I have lined up numerous engaging activities and experiments, including extracting DNA from strawberries and PTC taste tests. Building the DNA and chromosome models will be the icing on the cake to get them excited about returning to in-person learning.

About my class
