These materials will help to build an environment that students will feel inspired to learn and safe to grow in. These materials will help me to help my students. Students will be introduced to diversity and acceptance through books. Students will have multiple areas within the classroom to work due to the flexible seating these materials will provide. Students will read the classroom expectations, motivational posters, and instructional posters on the walls to self-motivate and do their best. I will also use these materials to reteach if students need it. I want to create an environment that my students want to come to every day.
